So Im sure these posts have been fluttering around your blogging dashboard since November, but I promise you my one is a little different. I have been looking and taking some inspiration in for some Winter trends that are a little different or not your usual matte skin, red lips etc. I think the nice winter glow has been going around because Ive been seeing the twinkly cheek in some blog photos and it looks lovely. I really love that highlighted skin look, PersianBabe i'm looking at you!, the dewy skin look is very in this year. Highlighter cheek bones with a bright under eye and your good to go. Kylie Jenner lips no doubt have become a household trend, and she has everyone talking about her abnormally large puckers, which I adore. Whether your channeling that mauv-y colour or going for a nice plum, I love the dark ash lip for Winter. Nude lids have winter written all over it for me, as I love just channeling that natural winter glow. If you have a neutral lid, dewy skin, a dark lip and some winged liner, you've got all those not so usual winter trends going for you!

I love the trend of naturally looking flushed cheeks for winter! And I've been obsessed with the kylie Jenner lips trend as well, I've seen more pictures of her lips than her actually face!

It's always funny to read these trends because where I live it's summer over the christmas time! So my festive makeup is all very light, bright and summery. I am still rocking the berry lips regardless, though.
