Hello Chummiols! Today I wanted to report a most wanted cult product. It's probably one of the most hyped up highlighters ever!. Its The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer Highlighter. The beautiful champagne highlight is great for a swipe across the high points and a wash over the lids for a sparkly pop!. This highlighter is smooth and blend able, this provides a natural glowing light to your face. This retails for $24.00 USD but i got it here in SASA for $36.00. This is pretty pricey but is an absolutely brilliant product and is definitely worth it!.
