Beat the Haze + the Heat : My Go to's!

Now, Im one of those people who are quite badly affected by haze, whether its with the constant headaches or with my skin. The same goes for the heat, and when you live in a country with around 90+ humidity almost everyday, its hard not to break a sweat. However there are a few staple products I love to use and have recently become my new favourites for keeping pollution out and the good stuff in.

The first go to product, is my REN Rose Centifolia Gentle Exfoliating cleanser*. This lush smelling gritty cleaner really gets deep into the skin, getting out all those nasty pollutants that clog the skin and prevents it from looking smooth and fresh. Although effective, this exfoliating cleanser is not to coarse so is suitable for sensitive skin and has it feeling baby smooth. This cleanser contains peppermint oil, not only meaning your skin smells crisp but also meaning that your skin is cooled and smooth, making it ideal for the hot Singapore weather. Containing the microbeads of Jojoba oil, this gentle skin saviour keeps the skin smooth and purified as the wax beads help to lift pollutants and help signal that the exfoliation phase is complete. As this product is also hydrating it means that your skin does not dry out because of the harsh weather conditions, and is left feeling smooth and plump all day. Not to mention the phenomenal smell!

My second go to skin saviour, is the Enavose Probiotic Exfoliance Gommage*. With its fancy name, its hard to tell that this product is extremely natural and made of virtually 2 ingredients; Bacillus Ferment and Bitter almond acid. This product is aimed to renew cells and hydrate tired skin, whilst tightening pores and cleansing them too. It also forms a protective barrier that shields the skin against all of those bad environmental nasties. It creates a natural and radiant looking complexion that leaves skin soft and smooth. Its an interesting one to use, but has clear effects after the first try. I felt my skin was incredibly soft and felt refreshed after just one pump of product. Certainly one to keep on the bathroom counter!.
