As I said before, As a way to bring ideas to my blog I have decided to post more foodie content. I love cooking a prepping recipes and it is slowly becoming one of the only things i really do at home. For a nice sunday easy meal, I made smoked salmon on water crackers with cream cheese, a caper and some dill. I really loved the creamy flavour of the cream cheese and how the vinegary flavour of the caper cut through both that and the salmon. I love these as after school snacks and they aren't really that bad for you either. For the main meal I made Jansons Frestelse (Janson's Delight), which to put it simply is short for gastronomic heaven. Layered slices of potatoes, onions and small bits of anchovies, covered in a thin cream and baked to perfection. Something that wasn't hard to make at all and something that really hits the spot. If you want to see what recipes I used, click here.

God Aptit!!
