Repair and Moisturise //

As the recent summer has hit us or some of us, along comes the responsibility of keeping hair damage and parched free. I know sometimes you think that the summer brings a long oily tresses and I assure you it does, but for me at least I feel my hair gets dryer and more prone to damage in the summer. Thats why I have been using a few products to keep my hair in tip top quality. The L'Oreal Total Repair Instant Miracle Daily Shock off Rinse treatment is a great weekly treatment that repairs the hair and keeps the split ends at bay. As it is a protein treatment, I would recommend only using this on Sundays as a weekly treatment because it can end up doing more bad than good. It is designed to repair and moisturise the hair and relieve it of shock. This may include heat, bad brushing, towel drying and parched locks. I know this is a conditioning treatment in itself but I feel like that would be like cleansing without moisturising. So I pack on the conditioner, in this case the Macadamia Moisturising Rinse. I have recently decided to add the remaining conditioner left on my hands to the top of my head. I know you may be thinking no! don't! but it has actually made my hair less frizzy and has given my hair a lot more all over moisture. It smells amazing and keeps my hair protected from the sun, because of it's UV protection ingredients. Another plus side to this is that it is paraben and sulfate free and contains lots of oils that are really good for your hair. By using these too I have been able to keep the hair I have for longer and have been able to be care free when it comes to styling, as I don't have to worry about dry frizzy hair. A really double dream frizz free duo.

What is one haircare product you can't live without?
