Rimmel Scandaleyes Micro Liner //

I love liquid eyeliner. I feel like it can bring a whole look together. A cat wing and a red lip are literally the epitome of perfection. I have been on the hunt for a new easy to use felt tip liner. I think i may have found just that. The Rimmel micro liner is a thin felt tip liner that is really great for slowly building a line that is either thick or thin. It isn't the most pigmented liner but that is good because if you make a mistake it can be easily hidden. I love this over MAC'S painterly paint pot and foxy from the Naked 2. It also looks good with trick from the Naked 3. I love this liner and would highly recommend it. It retails for 3.49 at Boots. A great steal for anyone on a budget or just looking for a great cheap liner.
